Cha Jewels Co., Ltd. Cancellation Policy
At Cha Jewels, we value your trust and business. In return, we ask that you also respect our time and commitment to sourcing items for you. If you need to cancel an order, please do so during the live selling session or as early as possible afterward.
Important — Store Credit Policy: Cha Jewels does not issue cash refunds. Approved cancellations are processed as store credit, valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Cash Basis Orders
- Within the same day after full payment → You may cancel and receive full store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
- After 1 day or more → If you cancel, a 30% convenience fee (30% of the total invoice amount) will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Note: Store credit can only be granted if payment is made on the same day as the order. If full payment is made 1 or more days after the order date, full store credit may not be approved — especially if the live selling was conducted at the supplier's location.
Layaway / Installment Orders
- Downpayment (DP) is strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted to store credit.
- Once a layaway plan has begun, all payments made are considered binding under the Layaway Agreement.
Important Reminders
If an order is cancelled after the downpayment has been made, or if there is a request to change the item at a later stage, or if an invoice remains unpaid or expires without settlement (Cash or Layaway), Cha Jewels reserves the right to:
- Forfeit your Downpayment (DP).
- Changing of Item after Downpayment (DP) is considered as cancellation.
- Cancel previous Layaway orders if you repeatedly fail to settle invoices or cancel items irresponsibly — especially for onhand items already secured by Cha Jewels on your behalf.
- Apply any forfeited DP and/or prior payments toward covering the cost of the cancelled item(s) sourced from suppliers during live selling.
