At Cha Jewels Japan, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 5-day return policy for eligible items.
Important — Store Credit Policy: Cha Jewels does not issue cash refunds. Approved returns are resolved through replacement, exchange, or store credit valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Return Eligibility
- You have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
- An unboxing video upon delivery/opening of your parcel is required for us to process any damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at m.me/chajewelsjapan or email sales@chajewelsjp.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and guide you through the process.
- Once approved and inspected, we'll notify you regarding your replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
- Incorrect products purchased by the customer.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Returns requested for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind).
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video. We will carefully assess the issue and make it right — whether through replacement, exchange, or store credit.
