To make sure your request is handled smoothly, please follow the steps below:
Please Note — Store Credit Policy: Cha Jewels does not issue cash refunds. All approved refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.
STEP 1: Prepare Proof
- Take an unboxing video (from opening the parcel until the item is fully shown).
- Take clear photos of the item and any damage/issue.
- Keep the original packaging, tags, and accessories.
STEP 2: Contact Us Within 5 Days

Provide:
- Order Invoice Number
- Photos & unboxing video link/file
- Brief description of the issue (wrong item, damaged, not as described, etc.)
STEP 3: Return Approval
- Our team will review your request and notify you whether it is approved.
- If approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions or label.
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
STEP 4: Processing Replacement / Store Credit
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process either a replacement (if available) or store credit equivalent to the value of the affected item(s), per policy.
- Store credit is issued to customer account and is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue.
- Store credit can be used to purchase any available Cha Jewels item, subject to stock availability.
Important Reminders:
• Requests submitted after 5 days of receipt cannot be accommodated.
• Items used, worn, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible.
• Cash Basis Orders: Full store credit if cancelled within the same day of payment. A 30% convenience fee will be deducted from the store credit if cancelled 1 day or more after payment.
• Layaway / Installment: Downpayment is strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted to store credit.
• All refunds are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.
