To make sure your request is handled smoothly, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Prepare Proof
- Take an unboxing video (from opening the parcel until the item is fully shown).
- Take clear photos of the item and any damage/issue.
- Keep the original packaging, tags, and accessories.
STEP 2: Contact Us Within 5 Days

Provide:
- Order Invoice Number
- Photos & unboxing video link/file
- Brief description of the issue (wrong item, damaged, not as described, etc.)
STEP 3: Return Approval
- Our team will review your request and notify you if the return/refund is approved.
- If approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions or label.
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
STEP 4: Processing Refund / Replacement
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process either a replacement (if available) or a refund (per policy).
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
Important Reminders:
• Requests after 5 days of receipt cannot be accommodated.
• Items used, worn, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible.
• Cash Basis: Full refund within 24 hrs; 30% fee after 24 hrs.
• Layaway: Downpayment is strictly non-refundable.
