At Cha Jewels, we value your trust and want to ensure you shop with confidence.
1. Wrong / Damaged / Not as Described Items
- If you receive the wrong item(s), or the item is not as described, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You may request a replacement item or a refund.
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns/refunds if the item has been used for more than 5 days or shows visible signs of wear, damage, or breakage caused by the customer.
📹 Reminder: Always record an unboxing video upon delivery/opening of your parcel as proof in case of claims.
2. Cash Basis Orders (Paid in Full)
- Within 24 hours after payment → You may cancel and request a full refund.
- After 24 hours of payment → If you wish to cancel, a 30% convenience fee of the total invoice amount will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Refunds can only be granted if payment is made on the same day as the order.
If full payment is made 3 or more days after the order date, a full refund may not be approved — especially if the live selling was conducted at the supplier’s location.
3. Layaway / Installment Orders
- Downpayment (DP) is strictly non-refundable.
- Once the layaway plan has started, all payments made are considered binding under the layaway agreement.
- Failure to complete payments may lead to cancellation of the layaway, and all payments made will be forfeited in accordance with our Layaway Terms & Conditions.
